According to users’ requirements, we recently develop the new type of bridge girder transporting and erecting machine.

The bridge girder erection machine , a new type of bridge girder launcher integrating transporting with erecting is accomplished  on the basis of old-fashioned machine , to solve problems of multiple facilities and large power consumption on bridge erecting site.

(1) Main feature:

integrate erecting and transporting bridge girder togetherunique honeycomb-girder structure, low deflection and high stiffnessput boundary beam in place one time when it has a side load. Without outrigger hanging in the air, quite reliablegirder-erecting error is ≤5mm with inching girderunique pin connection, easy installation ,quite safe and firmcontinuous girder with A-type section, low gravity center, convenient and safe, no additional weight is added when the machine crosses one pier to another pier

(3) advantages

1. a. the bridge girder launcher is improved with a group of middle outrigger added on the original machine.

b. When the machine cross longitudinally the pier, knock out six pins in main longitudinal girder between two middle outriggers, the whole machine can be turned 2 parts.

c. The rear part can be used to lift and transport girder.

d. the precast girder is shipped in place, connect the main girder, then trolley with hoist transport the precast girder to the front parts in certain place

 

2. a. the machine is especially suitable for projects with small space girder site  based on roadbed.

  b. it can save two gantry cranes and one set girder transporter for users.

  c. it can erect four pieces of bridge girders one day

 

3. a. another advantage of this machine is that it can erect bridge reversely.

  b. when the girder site is between two bridges, it can move to another bridge by just exchanging the front and rear outriggers, no more reinstallation needed, saving construction cost.
